Alchemy Beverages Inc. today announced the release of an innovative new product, on Kickstarter, Barmuze, which removes the harshness of spirits as well as significantly reducing the impurities in your drink. The magic is actually the science behind its patented Clarification Technology, which, backed by a study from a major European University, actually does what they claim.
Mark Geist, CEO of Alchemy Beverages Inc.(ABI) comments, “Two years ago I was introduced to this new technology that creates a better taste and a smoother experience as well as removing the impurities in alcohol that some people say lead to a hangover. I was really shocked by the difference it made! I was so impressed that ABI went on to acquire the exclusive global distribution rights to the technology and we have spent the last two years turning this technology into an attractive home unit that puts the power to drink the best version of any brand into the hands of the consumer.”.
Leaders in the industry who’ve tried it, say that it really does work and the difference it makes is compelling.
Robert Mondavi Jr., President and Founder of Folio Fine Wine Partners, had this to say about Barmuze and Clarification Technology: “I was extremely skeptical when introduced to Clarification Technology. I see lots of ‘technology’ that really adds nothing to improve wine or spirits. However, after doing a series of tastings, qualitative improvement was obvious, and I have now joined ABI’s Board of Advisors to help them bring this product to the everyday consumer.”
When he tasted it, Steve Izzo, owner of Dobbs Ferry Restaurant, in San Francisco, and judge for the annual San Francisco World Spirits Competition said, “(the Clarified Spirit)… doesn’t seem to have the same heat impact. It kind of rounds it out and softens it, which is interesting… and aromatically, there is a shift.”
“Barmuze looks sexy, and it works,” says Jeff Fischer, owner of Island Lava Java, featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. In short, your drink tastes better and a lot of the toxins associated with an unpleasant morning after, are gone.
The process is simple, you place your selection of alcohol in the Barmuze unit and run it for approximately three to five minutes. That’s it. The alcohol is dramatically improved without altering the proof or volume of the liquid. There are no filters to change, cleaning is simply a matter of running a cycle of water.
If initial reactions within the industry are any indication, Barmuze is poised to revolutionize the home alcohol consumption market, demonstrating that consumers are ready to have top-shelf taste available on their kitchen counters.
Alchemy Beverages Inc. (ABI) was established in 2018 to introduce the proprietary and patented Clarification Technology to the market. ABI is changing the way alcohol is produced and consumed. Dedicated to democratizing the experience of responsible drinking, with their first to market product, Barmuze, they are empowering consumers to drink the best possible version of their favorite spirit, at home.
